Discussing an opportunity
A sponsorship inquiry is not a booking or a funding commitment. Contact the club to discuss current event, program or organizational opportunities. Sponsorship is arranged directly with the club.
Written agreement
Before payment, confirm the recipient, amount, currency, timing, included recognition or other benefits, and any deliverables. Brand use and publicity require the applicable permission. Do not assume that a contribution provides advertising or event admission.
Changes, cancellation & refunds
Use the signed or otherwise accepted terms for the specific sponsorship. Any cancellation, substitution, refund or remedy for undelivered benefits is determined by that agreement. Contact the club with the agreement reference and details of your request.
