This policy describes this website’s design and contact flow. Rotary Club of Chicago is the club contact. Foundation contribution inquiries should identify The ROTARY/One Foundation, Inc. Services opened on other websites have their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for a name, email, topic and message. It prepares an email on your device; the website does not submit it to a server or save it in browser storage. If you send the email, its contents are handled by your email provider and received by the club. Correspondence may include membership, event or payment-reference details supplied by you.
Technical data & cookies
This site contains no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or custom cookies. Its hosting provider may process IP addresses, request logs and essential security information to serve and protect the site. See our Cookie Policy.
Payment and account information
Hosted payment providers and member systems collect information on their own pages. This site does not collect card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials or member passwords. Review the provider’s privacy notice before using it. A payment provider may send the recipient a receipt, payment status or transaction reference.

Information sent to the club may be used to answer inquiries, administer membership or events, reconcile payments and address disputes. Hosting, email, account and payment providers process information needed for their services. Sending a contact inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list through this website.
Retention, security & choices
The website retains no contact-form submissions. Ask the club about records it receives directly and their retention. Avoid including sensitive identification or payment credentials in correspondence. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Contact the club to ask about access, correction, deletion or communication preferences, subject to applicable rights and recordkeeping obligations. Marketing emails, if received, should include an unsubscribe method.
