Registration & price
Confirm the event’s date, venue, member or guest price, inclusions and availability in its current listing. Registration is completed with the stated organizer or provider. A membership plan does not automatically include special events.
Payment timing
The event’s registration page must explain when payment is due and what confirms a place. Contact the club to arrange registration and payment.
Attendee cancellation & substitution
Follow the event’s stated notice and substitution requirements. If absent, ask the organizer before registering. Refund and substitution requests are reviewed under the terms of the event. No refund or transfer should be assumed without confirmation from the organizer.
Cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer
Contact the organizer for the options available if an event changes. The organizer will communicate any available replacement date, credit or refund for the affected event. The written terms for the event govern, subject to applicable rights.
