Contact procedure
Request cancellation through ioffice@rotaryone.world or +1 872 380 0208. Include your name, membership or receipt reference and the payment or registration concerned. Do not include card or bank credentials.
Membership
Contact the club before your next scheduled charge. Ask for confirmation of the effective date and any outstanding dues. The club will confirm how your request affects your membership period, benefits and any outstanding balance. Cancellation of future payments does not automatically refund past dues. Do not assume that closing a payment-provider account ends membership.
Recurring contributions
Use the donor portal associated with your receipt, if available, or contact the receiving organization before the next scheduled gift. Reasonable efforts will be made to stop future charges. A payment already submitted for processing may complete. Earlier gifts are not automatically refunded.
Events
Use the cancellation procedure stated in the event registration. Contact the organizer before the event begins if no procedure is shown. An event’s registration terms determine any refund or substitution.
Previously paid amounts
Stopping future charges and refunding a completed payment are separate requests. See the Refund Policy. Keep any cancellation confirmation for your records.
